Packaging Features:

1.Interchangeable Custom Molds:
Every mold is custom-made to fit your exact trayshape. You can easily swap the molds to seal trays of different sizes and shapes on the same machine.

2.Bright Red Meat Color:
By working with specialized fresh meat barrier films and precise gas mixing, the packaging keeps fresh red meat looking bright, natural, and highly attractive on the shelf.

3.Adjustable Film Dome (Bulge Control):
The machine parameters can be easily adjusted to control the gas volume inside the tray. This allows you to customize how much the top film domes or bulges upward, protecting the meat from being squished.

4.Significantly Longer Shelf Life:
The MAP system replaces airwith a precise gas mixture to slow down spoilage, extending the meat’s shelf life for 7-15days without freezing.

5.100% Leak-Proof Security:
The robust and seamless heat seal ensures that meat juices never leak out, keeping the package perfectly hygienic during transport and display.
